Big O lives up to its "service after the sale" commitment. My appointment was honored, the vehicle was serviced in a reasonable time, and I was made to feel that the Big O associates cared about me and my satisfaction with the service visit.

The service was good, the only thing that upsets me are the constant emails to fill out this survey I should've never given you my email to get a receipt!!!

They got my car in without an appointment, assessed the problem and reported to me to okay the work in a very timely manner and did the work for the price they said.

I was told I needed new brakes and after a couple of visits I was ready to get them. I dropped the car off and then got a phone call saying they could not put new brakes on due to hybrid system. I had spoken to at least 3 different people in between when I first was told I needed new brakes and when I decided to finally get them and no one knew Big O could not install brakes. Happy they didn't try to do it and fail.

I walked in for a tire quote. They had what I wanted in stock. The price was right. The service was great. Would highly recommend them.

I have gone to this shop on Mae Anne Ave in Reno many times over the years. I have consistently received professional, excellent service in a timely manner. Everyone greets you with a smile, and pleasant manner. I will never take my car any where else.

The crew is caring and professional. Maddie took care of me on this visit and she took the time to explain the condition of the car and the required service needed. AJ and Xzane are great as well. The entire staff is really service-oriented and motivated to getting your car back to top running condition ASAP.

Store was busy and all service staff were on the phone when we came in. My wife and I waited a minute or two and almost left before the woman behind the counter greeted us. I must say I am so happy we stayed, the sales person was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We got a very nice set of tires at a fair price. Looks like we found a new favorite tire store.

Chuck arranged for new tires for my BMW by appointment as well as fixing my wife's suspension issue, also by appointment. All done on time and for less in my dealer's estimates. First grade shop.

Store Manager Chuck went the extra step to call and see if the tires I wanted were available.
