We worked with Maddie and she was very helpful. When my car was done she left me a voicemail. She also sent me a text letting me know the vehicle was ready.

I have been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Big O on Mae Anne in Reno since 2013, they always have taken great care of my vehicle. This visit was for the 120K maintenance and a set of tires, I called about a month ago to discuss the service and price tires. Maddie Wynn was informative, kind and patient, very professional. When I arrived, Exain Bernabe checked me in and out when finished, also very professional, I had the team check one more item under the hood as something was not bracketed (something I noticed months prior to this visit), they located it and had it corrected within 5 minutes. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with them!

Was recently in for a 100K mile tune up, an oil change, new battery and tire rotation. And as usual, and over the decades, I received excellent service from Chuck Smothers and Big O Tires. So thank you for consistently serving the customer with quality work and parts, and for people like Chuck who understands and values customers.

I have always been treated with respect and cordiality at Big O. I do not hesitate to go there when I have an issue other than tires or brakes. They are willing to lift my car up and tell me what they recommend. This time, the issue was so minor, the charge was $0. Big O is my first choice.

We love our local Big O. The people there don't recommend unneeded work, and do a complete, competent job with what IS needed. Plus, they do oil changes on VW Eurovans, which not all service centers do

Found my bent rim problem and removed road debris from my tire

I was greeted by Maddie who was excellent in handling my request for service regarding my vehicle in for brake service. She was very professional in her contact with me and in taking care of my concerns.

This location is always amazing. I called and asked about dropping off a wheel that needed a patch and Victor was excellent and said it could be done. Three hours later the tire was fixed. Always great service at this location.
