The associates working the counter were knowledgeable and friendly. Offering tire rotations on Big O tires is a great value. The Big O team was honest with me about the time it would take to complete the service. They knew they were very busy and didn’t try to give me the run around about time frames to complete the job.

Big O found some additional problems with our truck and took the time to explain to me and to fix very efficiently

I went in because I thought I had a leak in my front tires. I was told by the associates that my alignment was off and I needed new tires. They walked me through the process and cost of the tires. Very nice associate.

As a long time customer, I especially appreciate the reminders I get for service and the fact that if someone other than myself brings the car in, you can advise them of what level of service I prefer.

I thought my appointment was later than it actually was, so I was more than hour late, but Maddie got me in immediately for my tire rotation. I thought i would have to wait longer than average due to being late, but they got it done in about 30 minutes. Always Awesome service and work!
