I needed a new battery for my car. I called Exain and he got me set up over the phone. When I came in for the new battery Marc was all smiles and very helpful, while he provided me with a new battery. Big O Tires, on Mae Anne, always goes above and beyond. Took my new Pirelli tires on a trip to Paso Robles, CA, and back - 12 hours driving. Managed to pick up a small (slow leak) nail. Down to 20 lbs four days after the trip. Problem found and repaired in less than an hour after I arrived in the middle of a busy day with no appointment.
