We have been good customers at Bog O for many years ,we like the friendly efficient service ..They take care of us Like family ,realizing we are old seniors and have No clue about the modern cars so we depend on them to take care of your car for us ...

The customer service from Maddie (Maddy) was fantastic! I only needed to purchase a car battery and she was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I have had oil changes, purchased tires, alignments, and every time I am helped by Maddie (Maddy) I am always very happy with my experience!

Once again Big O delivered on their promise to have our work completed on time. Appreciate their taking the time to explain what they found and procedures to correct issues. We'll be back.

When I arrived after calling to schedule an appointment and let them know the problem I was presented with a form showing what was planned and costs. I was told to leave the car and they would take it and call when done. All this was done very efficiently and politely.

I didn't feel pressured about anything & felt comfortable being there. The sales gal gave me suggestions, pointed out the differences & helped me make an informed choice.
