We trust Big O with all of our vehicles! One suggestion is that maybe after they work on the car they could wipe the steering wheel and gear shift off with a wet wipe. I have been covered in the black oil more times than not. Thank you for all you do!

Brought my 2013 F350 in with severe grinding of right front brake. Travis took a look and got me in quickly and had it diagnosed quickly as well. Travis always takes good care of my family and me and we are long time customers at this location. Travis, Mike and others always helpful and considerate. I think maybe prices could be a little less for some work, but the customer service makes up for this and I am going to continue to have work done here as well as buying tires. Thanks, Alan

My Husband and I have been loyal Big O customers for years, and yesterday was an example of why we continue to be loyal customers. Chuck provided excellent service , as usual. We had a persistent problem with a sound coming from our brakes, and was able to go beyond the normal protocol and resolve the issue in a timely, efficient manner that required him to seek special parts and correct the problem. I appreciate the phone calls and updates from Nakayla, and the friendly manner in which I am treated everytime I come in for brake or tire needs- which seems to be often. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I had a nail in my tire that I needed fixed ASAP. They were fully booked but told me to come in right when they opened and they could squeeze me in. They didn’t have the tire on hand but were able to get it quickly and they bagged up my spare tire for later use!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Very honest too. They won't try to sell you stuff you don't need. If a repair can wait, they tell you.

Nakaylah and Maddie are awesome to work with, they are personable and professional and clear on communicating the scope of work and when it will be completed. Big O has never let us down. Whether tires, service or I'll changes we've always been treated fairly. The pricing is competitive with the other tire chains.

My husband and I have been using BiG O for years and feel comfortable with the quality of service they give. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The only thing missing from the final billing was the brake inspection. I would've appreciated having that detailed. Other than that, everything was great.

My Jeep needed a tire fixed due to a screw that got lodged in the night before. My husband put the spare on at home but neither of us were sure how old the spare was in my Jeep. The next day, I was due to meet my boss in the North Reno area; we live in South Reno. I had an extra 35 minutes before I had to meet my boss at the Starbucks. I was just praying for a Big O' Tires, knowing I had time to fix my tire, I wasn't familiar with the area, and Praise God, there was a Big O' Tires on my left just as I was pulling into the shopping center where I had to meet my boss!!! I quickly went inside and was immediately assisted, with a smile and pleasant attitude. Knowing I had to get to the other side of the shopping center by noon to meet my boss (we were driving to Tahoe to cater a private party), the gentleman behind the counter went out and asked if they could get me in right away. They did a fabulous job and I was on my way...with 5 minutes to spare! Thank you Big O' Tires! Another reason why I, and my family buy our tires from you!!!
