I purchased my previous Cooper tires (CS5 Ultra Touring) from the store in Damonte Ranch in April 2018. We moved to West Reno and after 28K miles two tires had 4/32" and two tires 5/32". They were rated to 70K. We had been using the Mae Anne store for regular service and liked the services we received so I went there for a quote and was told to call Cooper directly which I did. Cooper offered an average of 43% discount and authorized the store to replace the existing tires. Big O gave me a quote and I set up an 8am appointment. When I arrived a few minutes early the team were getting the bays set up and at 8am the store office opened. The assistant got me sorted within 5 minutes, told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours. I arrived back after 1 1hours and within 10 minutes my car was ready. The total cost was exactly as quoted. All of the store staff I spoke to were very friendly and efficient. I will be going back again for all of my future needs! One of the best tire service stations I have been to in the past 35 years! Great job.
