Marc did a nice thorough job!

Staff were incredibly friendly. Took a little longer than expected to finish the work and the wheels/rims weren't cleaned but they got me in on short notice and completed that day as promised. Salesman who took care of me what very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to a competitor first and was told I needed $2000.00 in parts and labor before they could do an alignment. Knew there was nothing wrong with my vehicle so brought it to you. Was able to align it and said there were no issues with my vehicle. Very speedy service. Next time I'll come see you guys first.

The Big O Team is so customer-focused, and they do everything just right to make it easy, pleasant and convenient for the customer. Maddy is wonderful - she is so knowledgeable, never forgets & customers face & name, and knows just about everything about vehicles! She is amazing! Exaine (spelling of his name?) is like that too, very customer-centric. Overall all they run a Class AAA operation!

I have been using this Big O Tire for over 20 years. Mike, Travis, Mark, and company have always taken excellent care of me. Even on the rare occasion that something was not right they immediately resolved the problem. I also appreciate the fact that they are not trying to sell me something that I don't really need. They have also treated my wife and family with professionalism and respect.

As usual, Maddie at the counter is consistently amazing. Her service and attention to detail is so very appreciated. I had a visit recently when she wasn't there and was awful, 5 hours with appointment to flush radiator and oil change. I will continue to bring our 3 vehicles in for service with helpful agents like Maddie. Others at counter have also been mostly helpful over the last 15 years I've been using this facility

I have 3 vehicles that I bring to Big O. I would rather see your guys than the dealership. I know if there's a problem with my vehicle that your service guys will fix it or let me know I need to take it to the dealer. I appreciate their honesty when they say you need to take it to the dealer, ie: Prius battery. Service is always done on time and within what I was quoted unless they get approval first. Always good to see Travis at the desk.

Madi searched around the country to find 2 of the tires I needed to complete the set of 4. I’m taking my family camping so timelessness was of the essence and she made it happen!

Always our go-to place for tires

Been going there for years and it's just fine.

We were coming up to Reno for Hot August Nights, Thursday, August 9th, from San Jose, California and blew a trailer tire. After getting the runaround from other Tire Stores in the area"� we found Big O on Mae Anne Avenue. We called and talked to Maddie Wynn, she told us they had the Goodyear Endurance tire in stock, and she would hold one for us. When we arrived all staff members were extremely friendly. Maddie had the paperwork already started, Jorge met us at our truck and took the tire to start the process of mounting and balancing, he came inside the waiting area and advised us that weights would be needed on the outside of the rim along with being on the inside. He was concerned because the rim was shiny chrome"�we told him to proceed with the proper way of balancing. We appreciated the care and concern. All of this happened on short notice and without an appointment. This store rocks!!!! If the customer service at the Mae Anne store is a benchmark for all other Big O Tire Stores"� we will be changing tire stores for the rest of our tire needs. Thank you

The process was efficient and the service was friendly. I asked for what I needed and it was provided quickly. The estimated wait time that they provided was actually longer than how long my vehicle was actually at the shop.

I have had professional services with Big O Tires for around 7 years for my oil changes to my 2003 Toyota Highlander. From the first time at your MaeAnne Avenue, my experience with it's employees has been quite professional,welcoming and efficient. These are awesome traits and is greatly appreciated!!!!!
