Big O Tires

Once again you helped my granddaughter with a tire that had a problem. - quickly, friendly, no charge. You treat your customers very well all the time.

I came in wanting one certain tire, the Continental extreme contact dws06, they had the tires in stock and had a quick 45 minute install. They took great care of my car and even used black sticky weights to match me wheels.

Brought my 2000 GMC truck to this store at 07:30 yesterday morning for oil change, tire rotation, and A/C inspection, flush, and freon refill. About 90 minutes later Nakaylah called me to say that the tire rotation and oil change were complete, and that A/C technician discovered signs of a freon leak at the "A/C High-Pressure Switch" -- which may have been the reason for the noticeable drop in cooling efficiency -- indicating replacement of the switch. Once I gave the go-ahead, that repair was accomplished relatively quickly, especially considering it's not a part they keep in stock, and all work was completed in a reasonable period of time. I appreciated receiving another phone call from Nakaylah around 10:30 saying all work was complete and that my truck was available to be picked up. For tire matters, oil changes, and even this (hopefully minor) A/C maintenance we are comfortable bringing our vehicles to this store, where we always feel well-treated. It was another successful visit, and we'll use them again in the future.

I have built a relationship over the years and always know that I can count on Big O. I look for expertise and honesty in service. This Big O provides both.

I just had them replace my back brakes. They were professional and timely. That is the reason I am a returning customer.

The last set of tires lasted 5 years no flats but every time there was a nail or something it was fixed fast this set cost 💲 300 more hopefully I have the same ware

Two new tires put on the car. took and hour less than first indicated. I asked for if it could be done quicker and it was by an hour.

The staff at this site are friendly and well educated about cars. Mattie is wonderful. They are thoughtful about the customers time. Most of all I feel their advise is trustworthy which is huge for me.
