Awoke to a flat tire. Friend gave me a ride to work. Phoned Big O and had AAA tow to shop. Matty of Big O was awesome! Offered many options to let me pick up vehicle after they were closed - spare keys or? Found a big chunk of metal, tested tire and good, no replacement. Received a phone call (mssg) and text tire was ok, fixed and ready within a couple of hours. Thank you for over 40 years of fabulous service! Len Trout of Reno, NV.

I had new tires put on and immediately after, my tire pressure light come on as well as some shaking of the steering wheel that I hadnt noticed before. I returned the vehicle about 2 weeks later (first time I could get there) and I left it to be looked at. They fixed the low tire pressure gauge and found the front brake rotors to be warped and worn (almost time for new ones). They couldnt reach me but Mark (at the front desk) knew I was on a tight time frame to get back to work so he took it upon himself to machine the rotors FOR NO CHARGE and have the vehicle ready when I arrived to pick it up. They've been great every time Ive been there.

Firstly, it didn't take as long to do the work as I'd anticipated. Secondly everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. Third, I received a phone call that my car was ready! I was amazed that it was done so quickly and that they did call to let me know it was ready.

Honestly, it was mostly because of Maddie, the woman who helped me. She advised me on tires and helped me find a great deal on sale. She was curtious and called me with updates. Most importantly, she didn't make me feel stupid about my lack of tire knowledge and I never felt like she was trying to get me to spend more money than what was needed. Thank you.
