Being an unknowledgeable female, I can say that I have no reservations bringing my car to this Big O, even when I thought something was wrong, they checked it out and assured me all was ok. I've had many services here, and while they may seem a little on the high side of pricing (remember! I'm not too knowledgeable!) I will take my car here for as long as I can! No worries girls! And guys!

The Service

I've been bringing my car to this Big O for quite some time. They're always super nice. They fixed my wheel bearing and replaced my rear shocks and were nice enough to come get me from home when my car was done. The work was great.

Big O is my goto for car service. especially tires. Never any problems.

They changed out the stud tires I bought from them in less than an hour.

Chuck was extremely helpful and courteous, making sure that we had everything that we needed and a ride before he left for the night. We greatly appreciate that type of service and general kindness. The staff especially Mattie, have always been very professional, helpful and friendly. We had discussed the upcoming need to get new tires and when I requested the new ones to be installed, Mattie ordered them for me. Very happy I have all terrain for the upcoming weather/winter.
