Big O Tires

This is a revision of my last review as now we have a third appointment in 2 weeks, on Monday to hopefully get our air conditioning to work. This is honestly the first time in 10 years that I am very frustrated with your service.

Fast and convenient

I've been coming for years and plan to continue.

My car wouldn't start and had it towed there. They were terrific! Kept me in the loop. Always very satisfied with this Big-O location and all employees who work there.

I found this place an excellent place to bring your car for service. I had a front end alignment and didn't take that long. About 1 1/2 and that was reasonable. The next day, I brought my other car in for a oil change and that didn't take that long either. The service was excellent and staff who help me and kept me information on things did an excellent job too.

Had to order tires and staff communicated possible delays due to road conditions but actually completed job early - much appreciated

I took my car to drop off the night before & they were able to get it in that night at 5:20pm. My tire rotation was completed in 20 minutes. I had great service and was in and out with ease.

Performed services as scheduled and on time

Even more of the employees are ramping up the customer service. It is fantastic!!

Employees were courteous and service was timely.

Chuck was awesome as usual. Very friendly & helpful. He probably saved me about $300, since the dealer would have charged me double for the same job. The service was speedy. Chuck is so knowledgeable, I trust him completely with my car. All the people at this shop are very nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Maddy from the Mae Ann Big O store in Reno Nv was very helpful, friendly and professional helping me select a new set of tires and being able to get me in the same day!

Made an appointment for the following Tuesday, but on Saturday I had a gap in my schedule and they were able to "squeeze me in". Couple hours later the job was done. As usual, great people at that store, very helpful, accommodating, and informative.

The visit met my expectations - efficient and pleasant.
