I feel that the cost was reasonable, the service team knowledgeable and the wait time reasonable.

Shop is down to earth. I?m a lady. Didn?t talk down to me explained the situation with my car. Pulled up pictures on the internet and walked me through step by step what part was broken and what was it?s function.

"95 Chev. 1500, head had to be pulled and sent to machine shop for repair of bolt hole for exhaust manifold, had both heads done same time, took 3 weeks for repair to be complete. 500 miles and two weeks later i say job not perfect but i have had no issue "

Easy to schedule, got in when I needed, associates were great, pricing seemed a little high was my only issue. I was very thankful to get everything done in one visit.

Mike - the manager, ordered a thorough inspection., which they completed, at no charge. Inspection revealed old age/rust damage to exhaust system, that just happened, not caused by tire replacement. He offered both a full replacement, and short term repair that he could have done, for less money. They made the repair right away, now I can budget for the full replacement down the road. Great service on day before a holiday!

I've had services with this Midas location in years past. More recently a relative received elaborate brake work, to their vehicle. Replacement of the brake booster and master cylinder. The work was done professionally and in a timely matter. The best part of it all, the were willing and able to out bid the competitor's prices! Recently here I received an oil change and tire rotation on my new vehicle. I also received an inspection check list, which I greatly appreciate. Great job! Mike was great at explaining the service needed for my car and detected another issue that the dealership should have addressed a year ago! Would definitely to back to Midas for future service!
