Dan Monty went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of. I called ahead after the ball joint broke in the middle of. Parking lot. He took care of everything. It felt great to be able to trust the entire process. From receiving my vehicle off the tow truck, to when I came to pick my vehicle up and drive it back home. Took slightly longer than expected but they did a great job and generally took good care of all waiting clients.

I was stranded; my EV had a flat tire with no spare, and my home was 50 miles away. I called on a Saturday morning and Dan very nicely got us all set with a new tire once we gave him the information from my old one. By the time the tow truck arrived with my car, the tire was waiting! They were overbooked on that day, and one technician had left, so they were scrambling to complete the work they had scheduled, yet they were able to work on my problem. After the stress the night before from being stranded in a strange city without a phone, Dan's willingness to help and get me back on my way was such a a relief!

I was surprised that the manager and mechanic were so nice. Real people who were concerned about my problem and who smiled and said thank you. That attitude is not the norm for people who deal with the public. I would definitely go back.

I was a walk-in with a exhaust leak. They were busy, but still took a look and provided a quote to repair my exhaust. They were able to take me in and did the work in 60 minutes. I expected that I would need to schedule appointment, but they were able to complete my repair that day.
