I just love going to your store. The customer service is always excellent. I am always told how long it will take to have my vehicle serviced, and the timing is usually about on time. If problems other than what you went in for arise, you are always called first and told about them and you are given the opportunity to get it fixed or wait. They are always willing to get you in whether you call and make an appointment or if you just walk in.

I was in town for doctor appt.....service was speedy and above my expectations.

I had an unfortunate event that was unexplained and caused my new tires to wear unevenly to the point they needed replaced. Since I had just recently purchased them, Big O Tires replaced them at no cost to me even though they were not in anyway obligated to do so. It was much appreciated! I love that they always provide excellent service and do the right thing.

I took the truck in for tires and alignment. I dropped the truck off and they had someone take me to work. They recommended the best tire and when the got done it drove and drove great, plus it was quieter. The tires looked awesome as well!

The experience I had was second to none. Make no mistake, no suggestion given should be taken as having seen anything lacking in how were treated by Jake. Pro tips: We might have accepted a ride to the hotel if it were a service offered. Also, we saw courtesy water offered, and I know I could have had some, but some people may not realize it is available as a courtesy unless offered verbally. Top notch though. Nothing lacked.
