The experience I had was second to none. Make no mistake, no suggestion given should be taken as having seen anything lacking in how were treated by Jake. Pro tips: We might have accepted a ride to the hotel if it were a service offered. Also, we saw courtesy water offered, and I know I could have had some, but some people may not realize it is available as a courtesy unless offered verbally. Top notch though. Nothing lacked. The service is very personable, small town, know your neighbor personable. This is a big deal to me. Both times we have just showed up, no appointment, and they got us in quicker than expected. We are super impressed and will be making the 3 hour round trip for all of our tire/suspension/service needs. We appreciate it!!

I had an unfortunate event that was unexplained and caused my new tires to wear unevenly to the point they needed replaced. Since I had just recently purchased them, Big O Tires replaced them at no cost to me even though they were not in anyway obligated to do so. It was much appreciated! I love that they always provide excellent service and do the right thing.

I go there for trailer tires all the time. The speed and service is what keeps me coming back. I keep asking for a punch card cause I’m there so much. Lol
