Big O Tires

New tires shocks struts and adjustments car still shakes vibrates. Over $2k not happy.

They told me several things were wrong with my van and kept saying things like you've seen the leaked fluid no because it isn't leaking. You noticed the ply and pull when driving no issues related to the statement. Or you know the popping sound when you turn corners no no popping sounds and feel like they were saying things that weren't really wrong to run up the cost. I am glad you offer the snap financing though.

Came there to have my suspension checked everything was going good then I had them do an alignment I told the guy I had a 20$ coupon and I ask how much it would be for an alignment he told me it was $79.99 when I went to pay he charge me $82 and I asked about the coupon then he told me that with out the coupon was $110

I had my tires rotated and an alignment but told them the low pressure light was on. They turned off the light but didn't do anything to my tire. I had to return the next day when the sensor came on again. They said I had a hole in my tire and patched it but the sensor light remains on.

I got 4 new tires and alignment and 2 new lower ball jointsand my vehicle is still pulling to the left

7/26/2018 Went to pick up tires that were purchased via phone paid for by credit card. Was told they would set outside by Jake by a dumpster, when we arrived there were several tires sitting by dumpster piled up but not the size 14" was anywhere in the pile. So next day we called the supposedly "Boss" and he said they were stolen, and couldn't refund $128 to a 17 year old. First of all whose to say they even sat them outside to begin with. 2nd I'm pretty sure they have insurance on theft!. 3rd This is probably how they treat all out of town and vunerable kids who don't make that much money! I guess the next step is to post on Better Business Bureau then on to the Corporate office! Make this right!

Feel like every time I go in there they find something "bad"� and needs replaced. Hard to believe sometimes.

Buy 3 get one free is a joke. Charged for 4 tires. Went back to get clarification on ticket and basically told the charges were correct and to figure the ticket out myself. I don't think the salesperson could figure out charges. Had to take car back 4 days later as tire was leaking air (not properly seated on rim). Will not be getting tires here again. Usually get tires at competitor but not open on the day tires needed. Will wait for them to be open the next time.

The guys were great, funny and very informative about the tires I was purchasing. However no more then ten minutes after dropping my truck off they called me saying so many things are okay but should be replaced today. But they didn't need to be replaced. They tried to get me to pay double when I just went in to get tires. It was quite annoying phone call after phone call telling them no I don't want them to fix the "not urgent problems." But other than that I had a decent experience, tires are wonderful, and they did it all in a timely manner.

I took in just a rim, purchased a new tire and had them mount and balance the tire. I was charged a tire disposal fee even though they did not dispose of any tire. while the charge was small, its the principle of the matter. The fact that I was charged for a service that was not provided.

Tire change was great! However, they stripped the screws to the center cap for the rims, and they used vice grips on the hinge hold my hatch open. My hinge now sprays lubricant while losing pressure. Now, I NEED TO REPLACE THE BOLTS FOR THE RIMS AND TWO NEW HINGES FOR THE HATCH.

I came in because of a slow leaking tire. You thought it was because my tires were old, so I bought 4 new ones. About 40 miles down the road the tire started going flat again so I had to turn around and drive to another Big O Tire. They thought it was because the ream wasn't cleaned right so they cleaned it and told me it was good to go. 5 blocks away it started going flat again. I had told everyone to please check the stem and censor but no one did and that was the problem. So because of this I ended up spending over $600 on new tires and loosing a day of my vacation. I am not too happy about this.

Took an hour to get my truck in to the shop. I asked if I could watch due to being over protective of my vehical they say yea... I looked at a tire they had just changed and it was leaking air around the rim
