Bought 4 new tires for my vehidle. While putting on the 4 tires, they break a lug nut. They say it was Cross threaded by the previous person that worked on the tires. I was charged for their breaking my luggage nut!Had I known this is their practice, I would have chosen a more honest place to go. Never had a problem before with Big O. Unfortunately I will not be returning!

I have been a customer for years & will say service at this location has declined. I have bought 2 sets of tires (yes all 4 at one time) in the last 5 years. Today Big O Kearney refused to fix a tire because they were " too far gone " & needed another new set. I know they are bad & twice now informed them I was planning to buy tires in Sept. But due to the refusal to fix the tire & me having to go somewhere else that gladly did fix the tire (for a fee since I didn't buy them there) I will now be buying my tires & all other services from them. Hope not fixing my flat was worth it! Upselling is not customer service & I will share this service with everyone!

Unfortunately, our experience with the Big O store in Kearney was not a good one. After purchasing 6 new tires for our RV, 2 of the six tires failed within 24 hours because the valve stems were either installed incorrectly or not replaced at all. This caused a very dangerous situation on I-80 as we were stuck on the side of the road for over 5 hours when the two new inner tires on our RV failed. While Big O's Roadside Assistance attempted to find a solution to our problem, ultimately, they were unable to help us at all. Fortunately, I also have Good Sam roadside assistance and they were able to have two new tires delivered to our location and put on our RV. The following day the third Big O tire failed because it also went flat due to a faulty valve stem. In the end, we wound up replacing ALL FOUR tires Big O installed on the rear of our RV. The end result was an additional $1,000 in expenses and two days of our vacation spent replacing the Big O tires that failed. To Big O's credit, Kyle (the store manager in Kearney) did agree to refund the cost of the three Big O tires that failed. That helped offset the additional expenses we incurred but did little to make up for the distress of being stranded on the side of Interstate 80 or the lost vacation time.

I was not offered the credit card or greeted at my car. The alignment should be part of the deal since I was getting new tires.

Customer service person was rude. My simple request was to not bust loose my lights with an impact, as they are aluminum capped nuts. Said they couldn't do it. When asked why, he responded we dont do it that way.

Bought 4 tires and wheels. Before installing, we noticed the shocks and struts needed attention. Did that too. When I chose the tires and wheels I made it known that I did not want to sacrifice ride quality and I was afraid that going to bigger wheels might do that. The alignment was maybe a little more difficult than most, as I watched a torch being employed to get something loosened. This is happening right at closing time 6:00PM. Not saying this process got rushed, due to the time of day, and I have not driven the car a lot, giving everything a chance to settle in, but the ride does seem a bit rougher and I do have a tiny shimmy in the steering wheel at interstate speed. I was going to point this out if it still exists at rotation time.

I use your store all the time. a while back I came in with a blown tire!Your guys put the wrong size tire on theoutside tire and it ruined both tires when I came in to get it taken care of the managertried to charge me for both of those tires very disappointed in the way it was handled! I thought since they screwed up they should pay for both tires!!!I am a business owner in Kearny and have a dozen trucksand trailers. I have used your store for all of them.Since this last incident I have been looking around forA different company to provide my tires

Not entirely sure that I got the best deal. After getting home with the new tires I showed my husband and he wasn't sure they were very good. Sometimes I think that I get taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about vehicles. I would be much more loyal as a customer if I thought that a company really took time to explain different services and parts and was looking out for me.

I had my 2012 doge charger in last week for a rotation of my tires and a oil change the service was horrible! I felt like I was ripped off the service tech argueed with me about competitors prices that will be the last time I give them a chance. I can pay 1,200 elsewhere for new tires on that car. The kicker is we have 4 trucks that need tires and serviced. We will be taking them to the dealership in town.

I went to Big O looking for tires and wheels. Nick was very knowledgeable about different brands and what would fit on my vehicle. In the end they had the best price and excellent help.

Was quoted 100 less then what I paid, 1 tire short after I was told it would be there

i recently went to big o tire in kearney. my vechicle got an oil change done by the mechanic named mario. i returned to the store on 11/12/2015 bc my splash guard had flipped back and i was dragging it as i drove down the road. the splash guard had flipped back due to not being screwed back in. what was the store solution? did they fix it properly? NO they just tore it off completely and sent me on my way.

I had a leaky tire fixed on a Friday, and tires rotated and balanced. The next day the “low tire light” was still on and tires made a very loud sound when I drove over 60 mph. I took the car back on Monday and was told that one tire was inflated to 67 psi. Tires were re-balanced.

I had a lift and a tires that needed to be put on, had an appointment at 12. They told me it'll be probably 3 to 4 hours to do it. So I left for 2 hours, came back and they were just pulling it in. Talking with one of the guys up front and they said they only had 1 guy working on like 3 vehicles at a time. So they took my stock tires off and they told me that my ball joints are going bad as well as my control arms and shocks. I thought it was funny because I know how they work, they try to up sell everything. But anyway, told them no don't worry about it I'll fix it later. Then they gave me a quote for it for like 1200 dollars. I said no again. This time it's like 4 30 and they close at 5 and I'm ready to get the fuck out. So I seem them finally putting my tires on and they keep looking at me through the glass. And looking back at my truck again. So I went out there and looked at my truck, Before all this I talked to a guy about trimming some metal on my front finders because I knew it would rub, and they said yeah that's fine. We've done it before. So when I walked up to my truck nothing was trimmed. They turned the wheel all the way and it was rubbing, so I said we need to trim a little of metal. They said we don't cut metal we only cut the rubber, I thought that was bullshit because some guy named jack told me they do. Plus it was like 5 08 and I knew they were ready to leave. They told me it was a store policy, but I was never topd that. Do another guy named Ryan or Ethan or some shit trimmed that plastic up front and it looked like shit because he was ready to leave. Need to have more clarification on information with the customers about details when asked. It's just a joke. I recommend this place to absolutely nobody!! And don't email please!!. It's to late to help fix anything.

I called and made and appointment to get TWO BACK TIRES. when I got to my appointment they asked me again what I wanted and I told them two more times I wanted two back tires. I left and came back to pick up my vehicle and my total came up to $830. I was very confused and then they told me that they replaced all four tires even after I told them not to. Unfortunately for me I did not have the time to stick around and deal with the situation so I just had to pay for it and move on. Them not listening to simple instruction caused me major financial distress
