They do not tell you the truth when you go in for new tires, I would never recommend them to anyone!!!

I understood the price for 2 tires and road hazzard pkg, but I got home and reviewed my bill better, I don't feel there was over 178.00 in labor to put 2 tires on alighnement and then ripped off with almost 10.00 a quart of oil. And 69.00 for an oil change which i thought was the price of the alignment. This is ripping customers off. I am paying over 500.00 for 2 tires when i paid a little more in Aug of 2017 for 4 tires. I will never come back to Ok tire again. I will go to Grand Island or somewhere else in kearney, hell. I could have got this service cheaper i know from here in Alma. Going to juniata coop from now on. Like a family member said I'm a woman so you suckered me in with fast hidden fees after you started. Well , you just lost4 friends n relatives business!!

I like Big O Tire but they charge more then they should for their service. Good work but upping the price on your items is just wrong.

Looking forward to trying out my new tires. Like making it up to daughter's house with winters ice and snow.

$17.99 to put a valve stem in and every car that was there was told something major needed repaired. What a bunch of crooks

Only wish big o also took care of exhaust systems

Paid $550 to get my car fixed. They put in new parts that did not fix the problem with the car (Rough idle and Mileage loss). They changed and charge me for induction coils and plugs but the problem persisted. $500 is a lot of money to pay to NOT get your car fixed.

I had a very good experience at Big O .. the service was quick and I didn't have to wait very long .. on everything there at Big O , I give a thumbs up ..

Recommend parts be replaced that were fine. Any way over priced from all other area shops.

they did not fix the sensor for the change oil light

I went in for routine maintenance. They lied to me about needing several repairs to my front end totaling more than $800. My mechanic fixed it for $80. In the past, I have had other car issues which I believed them about. I totaled out a minivan because they said that it needed $1200 in repairs and it was only worth $1500. They are friendly, but dishonest. Trying to up-sell everything. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Prompt service. Did have to go back to have new tires rebalanced but they were quick and fixed the problem.

Told me my rack and pinion was leaking and needed replaced but there was absolutely nothing wrong with my rack and pinion

Honestly you guys ripped me off. I paid way too much for what I needed. My father and I came a couple years ago and got 4 tires for as much as you made me pay for 1 on monday. I'm very unhappy with what had happened.

Jake was an excellent employee; very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. Advertisements and Promotions are very misleading, almost deceitful. Hidden fees and shop charges are legalized robbery.

I have gone to this location twice and twice the service has been unsatisfactory.
