Big O Tires

Came in to have my tires rotated. It's hard to give a good review when I was told that my tires are worn on one side and I need new ones, although they only have 45,000 miles on 65,000 mile tires. I have faithfully rotated the tires every 5,000 miles, rarely going more than 200 miles over that number. Obviously, the tires should have been aligned at some point, but no one ever suggested that I do this. They have offered me 24% towards new tires, but why would I want to buy new tires if the ones I have have not lasted? Very disappointed!

I had my oil changed. They were a bit busy, but I didn't have to wait long.

My vehicle is running nicely but the fee for the service was more than I had planned and I believe more than the previous estimate 3-6 months ago. I was also told that someone would deliver my vehicle to my work when it was finished but was not. I had to call to see if someone was bringing it. I thought it would have been courteous for them to call me to let me know that they were not going to be able to deliver it. I then had to find a ride. I like the convenience of your hours and the speed of the work most of the time, but I feel as a woman I am taken advantage of.

Car is out of balance, will be returning to get car looked at again.

Lately the quality of work and service done on my vehicle has been poor. I'm very close to dropping my ties of business with big o tires. I came in today to put in some lugnuts that we ordered to fit on my rims. In doing so they found 3 of my tires in bad shape recommending replacements. I told them lets do get it don but that I felt that big o tires is responsible for this damage. around 3 months ago I came in and none of tires were in this bad of shape. I have asked them to check my tpms and reset it or replace sensors whatever I need to have my vehicle in excellent running condition. None of my needs were accommodated today

was very friendly and helpful and got my car in quickly.

I will never come back wanted to charge me 1,000 bucks for breaks that's absurd and 1,700 if I added shocks I can put a down payment on or even buy a car for that much went somewhere

They were very professional and kind

I had the worst experience at this shop and I will NEVER be back. I came in for an oil change and left with a leak that did NOT exist before I came in. When I asked about it was told it was just a freak coincidence and there was no way they could have cause the leak.

Had a warranty tire replaced. Got me in and out very fast

Got new tires in may and have had nothing but problems. Was in last week to get the tires rotated and now going down the interstate the car shakes. And every time i get them rotated I'm assuming that they over torque the wheels because every time I step on the breaks the car shakes. I have not had good luck at all at Big O tire. After this last time it will be hard to go back

I was told that my tires lug nuts we're rounded and they were unable to remove them easily. The employee insisted I pay $40 to replace them all. I was worried that this was a scam and requested that I received my old lug nuts back. The employee comes up with a box full of them and shows me one that is indeed rounded. I took the box of lug nuts and receipt and went home. After looking at my receipt I now realize I was not only lied to after checking the other lug nuts which were fine and it was only the one lug but that had broke, but I had also been charged for 25 lug nuts, when my vehicle only needs 20. I have been a trusting customer of Big O Tires in Kearney and was looking forward to buying my next set of tires there this January but I was so relieved to finally find a mechanic that I had trusted to get all of my cars maintenance done from here on out. I regret to say I won't be returning or recommending this business to any friends or family.

I was very disappointed and a bit shocked concerning a portion of my final bill. Two $67 tires, warranty and alignment amounts seemed reasonable. However, a $152 charge for labor was a bit exorbitant according to many friends I talked to. I was told I should have bought the tires and taken them to my mechanic who would charge me $48 an hour instead of $152 for 90 minutes. I guess I should have inquired about the labor cost. But I shall be less trusting in the future.

I had my tires replaced, I came in looking for an estimate and had already gotten one from another dealership. I showed Kyle the estimate and he gave me a much better deal. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They had to order my tires, which was okay. The day I went for my apt, I asked them to check to make sure it needed an alignment, they said that they would. I don't know if they checked if it needed it or not, they just did it. I wish they would of came in and told me that it did indeed need it so my "what if's" would of made me feel better about paying for it. Other then that. They were done in 30 minutes, and everything has been smooth since then. Thank you. I'll will be back in the future.

I had tires put on 2 weeks ago and you said it needed tie rod ends and a sway bar so I opted to change them myself and then bring it back for the alignment. Your guy told me it would be $40 for the alignment since I bought the tires from you. Then when I brought the van back for the alignment, when I went to pay he asked me where I had the tie rods put on and when I told him I did it he said he would have to charge me $129 for a "special" alignment even when the van was already done. I argued and he eventually dropped it to $64 but still higher than I was told. I am not very happy about this and do not think I will be returning to your store again.

This was our second visit to Big O in Kearney Ne for tires on our second vehicle. My wife and I are very satisfied with both the knowledge and service of the oil, tires alignments etc. very happy

MY OIL CHANGE WAS $67., WITH A $15. COUPON; THEY DIDN'T EVEN VACUME THE FRONT.

Went in for an oil change, got it done no problem but they forgot to rotate my tires like I asked. So I had to go back and have them do that.
