I went for a simple old change. I asked for a certain oil. The techician refused to put the oil I requested. He insisted on using a higher price oil. I took my business somewhere else.

Arrived for $39.00 service, spent $260.00. Hopefully my 2007 Toyota Solara appreciates the new fluids.

I buy my tires from Big O mostly for the added services provided. I was in for a routine rotation and rebalance. Normally, when rotating, at least the wheels going to the front are rebalanced to ensure smooth handling. Was told get to your truck in ten minutes. Half hour later it gets pulled in. I watched the guy rotate my tires and no wheel detoured through the balance machine. By this time it is an hour and a half later and I just want to leave. I understand this job falls to the most junior employees, (guys that have not got company shirts yet) and it was very hot that day, so maybe a more experienced team member could work with the two guys in the fist bay a little closer. Watched the other guy struggle with the tire machine removing a tire for about 10 minutes could not get the first side off the rim. I live in Kearney, so I keep coming back, as I did buy my tires here, but over the years I have come to expect this, (had the wrong tires mounted one time), now and again from this shop. I will just have to pull back in sometime and get the front rebalanced.

Had them repair a leaking tire and asked them to rotate the tires they said they would and they did not rotate and did not tell me they hadn't.

The service was great they had me in and out way quicker than I though they would. Everyone was very nice and willing to help. I will be recommend my friends to there. Thanks guys u did great!

I brought 2 tires on rim to be replaced so for buying new tires I don't know how they where balanced right since I had to clean the rims of sand & mud

I came in to big O tires in kearney the very beginning of march 2018. I had a safety inspection done and needed a great deal of work to be done on my vehicle, to which the grand total was over $1,500. I had $1,200 in work done there on the spot including the rod ends ball joints control arm and new tires. I also paid for an alignment. Once my car was done I picked it up only to bring it right back because my alignment was off and different than before. They checked the alignment and said it could be that the alignment machine is not working properly and to come back the following week. If the alignment machine is not working properly how on earth was I and other customers charged for the service to have our vehicles aligned? Then the person working, Kyle, said that it could be something wrong with the back wheels, but if that was so then why wasn't it noticed when i had a full safety inspection done??? So $1200 later my alignment is still off and I am not satisfied with my service. I am upset about this because I have bro ughr every vehicle I've had to big O tires for almost the last decade! I have considered demanding a refund of my alignment so that I can go have it done somewhere else and If it's not made right I cannot s at that I will ever be bringing my vehicles back to big O in the future. Loyal, paying customers should be happy with their service after spending over $1,000!!!!!

I was very encouraged with the service and timeliness... Very kind and professional.only disappointed that I was charged for a roadside protection plan that I would not have wanted. The sales person could have been a bit more clear to help me understand that this was an extra charge (added up to almost $50) and I would have opted out. Thanks

Wasn't impressed this time around went in and got my oil changed the offered to rotate my tires which they did not cause the tire pressure was the same when I took in the car and when they gave it back, also they did not reset the oil Gage after changing the oil after taking it in the next day to get the brake replaced I had to tell them to reset it.

I've had nothing but good luck at Big O in Kearney Nebraska except for this pickup I got and this serpentine belt tensioner pulley issue I'll have to go back tomorrow and it'll be the third time for the same squeak other than that and any other time I've been to Big O Kearney it's been great

It is ridiculous that this shop upcharges200% - 300%more for the parts than what they are bought for at the local parts house.

I found it odd that when I asked for a printout of the front end alignment diagnostics, I was told the "printer is broken.....we've been wanting to get that fixed". I left wondering if an alignment check was even done. Maybe it was and if so, my error and you can ignore this comment, but how can I know? Else, no concerns with the new tires or service.

I thought all went well, but after services were done I took the car to the dealership for some warranty work and found out that my transmission was just a the line of being ok with fluid level, not filled to where GM recommends, (transmission flush was done) and the same was with the oil and an oil change had been done a week earlier. Will I go back ya but only to buy tires.
