I needed a set of tires and I got them right away on a Saturday, that was great but I didn't expect to get a sixty dollar labor charge then another forty eight dollar supplies charge. Where I come from that's part of the tire deal.

Got new tires and alignment done. Tires seem good so far, but the truck pulls to the left now. Air pressures in the tires were about 10 psi different between the highest and lowest, and one or two of the tires were even a few psi above spec. It would be nice to see a little more attention to detail in those areas.

While they were fast at putting on the tires they did not reset my sensor so I had to make another trip in the next day to have that fixed.

I asked for my tires to be rotated and to also have them rebalanced. My tires were rotated but they were never rebalance like I asked. Just wanted to make sure everything was okay. But it was not done.

I came in paid for 2 tires. Was told they could be put on that day. My daughter brought in her car about 4. They did NOT get her tires on. No call to say they were not getting them on. NOTHING. My Daughter had a Dr. appointment right after work so she had to go there before she could get her car. My son-in-law works there at Big O tire and when he got home and I told him that we had to go get Hopes car he said that it was NOT done. No one got to it WOW nice to know after 7pm . No one said a word. Guess it was not our business to know they blew off her car. Had to bring back the next day. And when she went to pick up she was told that it was NOT paid for and could NOT get keys until it was paid for. I was NOT happy.I did not feel that I was a valued customer. I felt like they already had the $ for the tires and they would put them on on their time when they wanted to. And then be told pay or no keys. ????? I had got 2 tires within the few months before. So I did get all 4 tires brand new there. Thought I would matter alittle more then we did.

they changed oil and did not reset my oil change gauge or check the air pressure in my tires

They served us very quickly even though we had no appointment.

I stopped in for alignment issue twice within couple weeks. The first visit was a waste of two hours. Luckily my second visit appears to have fixed the alignment issue on my car and it steers great!

Overall very good service. The waiting area was only fair.

My tire was ruined. I couldn't afford the $170 for 2 new tires. So my only option was "Would you like us to just put the old one back on? I guess. Not like ALL the signs saying you can get tires without credit or $100 a month. No, probably hoping I make it out of their lot. Thats how it felt.

I came into Big O needing a headlight replaced. I sat down for less than 10 minutes and it was ready to go.

I was not asked if I wanted the extra tire insurance it was added. I did not asked for an alignment, it was added. I used the Snap finance and when I checked out my total was almost $900. The estimate i was shown for brake pads, rotors and oil change was $479. With the finance i added 2 tires. I did not ask for the insurance I did not even know it was added until I reviewed the paperwork at home. I guess it is my fault for being distracted that day. I did not request an alignment and your paperwork states the reason for it was customer request. I will never return to your shop for anything.

Maybe a little less checking out a newer vehicle for things wrong and taking more time than need be. Car dealers also use this ploy which is offered as customer service, but in many cases causes mis-trust with the customer. I took my truck to Midway Chevrolet to have the door lock fixed and was presented a quote of over $2000.00. They took over an hour to prepare this instead of working on the door lock.........just a comment!

Oil change and tire rotation took longer than other experiences. When finished, I was greeted with the service man and mechanic showing me my brakes were not functioning. They presented an estimate for $856 to fix the brakes. I knew the brakes had less than 15,000 miles on them. After consulting with 2 certified mechanics, they both said since I have 4x4, there will be some resistance to free play. One mechanic said, "Let me guess, you went to Big O and they tried to sell you a bunch of parts!" Yes they did!

It was ok, but took too long due to tires not being in stock and the truck was very late showing up. Other than that is was ok.

I had an oil change and asked for a tire rotation, i show a tire rotation on the receipt, but I know it wasn't done because I just had new tires put on the back in April, and they clearly weren't switched. The front tires are a year old, and obviously have less tread. I'm usually very happy with the service I get at Big O and have been coming for years, but it makes me wonder, if they said they did a rotation and it wasn't done, what else wasn't done?

We have worked with Big O in the past and decided to come back again for yet another set of tires. Expensive, but did not disappoint.
