They only had one set of tyres in for my size and they were the most expensive ones. They didn't offer me road hazard eeither

Did an good job will probably buy tires from them again.

I felt like the problems they found on my pickup didn’t need completed like they said. One specifically I had replaced 2 years before so it wouldn’t have needed replaced

I had my tires replaced, I came in looking for an estimate and had already gotten one from another dealership. I showed Kyle the estimate and he gave me a much better deal. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They had to order my tires, which was okay. The day I went for my apt, I asked them to check to make sure it needed an alignment, they said that they would. I don't know if they checked if it needed it or not, they just did it. I wish they would of came in and told me that it did indeed need it so my "what if's" would of made me feel better about paying for it. Other then that. They were done in 30 minutes, and everything has been smooth since then. Thank you. I'll will be back in the future.

Its an oil change. What even qualifies for a highly satisfied oil change? I didn't expect anyone to turn my day into the best day in my life. I walked in, agreed on a price, got the oil done, walked out with a new check mark on my to-do list. Aint that enough?

This was our second visit to Big O in Kearney Ne for tires on our second vehicle. My wife and I are very satisfied with both the knowledge and service of the oil, tires alignments etc. very happy

Very expensive. 2 new car tires, an alignment and oil change with coupons and was still over $527.

Went in for an oil change, got it done no problem but they forgot to rotate my tires like I asked. So I had to go back and have them do that.

They did a good job, but this is the second time I have lost a hub cap after having my tires rotated.

The main reason I stopped in was to get my return signal fixed. Thought I’d get my oil changed while I was at it. $180 and I have an oil change, a new air filter, and a new belt. However, they forgot to fix the turn signal. I wasn’t charged for it and it was the end of the day so I didn’t bother going back to have it done.

Looking forward to trying out my new tires. Like making it up to daughter's house with winters ice and snow.

It was near closing time and I had a flat and needed to get two new tires to get back on the road. I asked if they could also do an alignment since the van was pulling quite a bit. The service man said they could, but when I went to pay, another guy said they couldn’t get to it. Instead of one stop service, I’ll have to go somewhere else

Only wish big o also took care of exhaust systems

Did the buy 3 tires get one free and when I called to make the appt i wish they would of explained all the fees to me ahead of time....i was expecting to spend 500 and bill was over 700.... wasnt too pleased but I didnt ask either ....

I had a very good experience at Big O .. the service was quick and I didn't have to wait very long .. on everything there at Big O , I give a thumbs up ..
