Big O Tires

I was very encouraged with the service and timeliness... Very kind and professional.only disappointed that I was charged for a roadside protection plan that I would not have wanted. The sales person could have been a bit more clear to help me understand that this was an extra charge (added up to almost $50) and I would have opted out. Thanks

I needed to be able to get my tire fixed immediately. I know from experience that it's not easy to do in Kearney and other stores seem bothered by customers who do not have an appointment. I was met at the door at Big O, my needs we're met immediately and the staff was friendly. I will be back.

I've had nothing but good luck at Big O in Kearney Nebraska except for this pickup I got and this serpentine belt tensioner pulley issue I'll have to go back tomorrow and it'll be the third time for the same squeak other than that and any other time I've been to Big O Kearney it's been great

Come in for oil change nd tire rotation. They noticed my serpentine belt was badly cracked and my struts are starting to leak. Clearly explained what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. Fair price, speedy work, no appt was needed. I'll definitely go back

I wanted to follow up on the previous comment: I wanted to send a LARGE Thanks to Kyle from Big O in Kearney who contacted me and asked if they could have another chance to fix what was wrong. He and his team took the pickup from my work place and promptly returned it within an hour fixed exactly how I had asked. This is a great example of doing what needs to be done to make things right! I will be sure to pass on positive words to all who ask me and you will see me back as a customer in the future. Again, Thank You for making things right. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS COMMENT: Hi there, So this last visit was made for the sole purpose of correcting an alignment issue with my pickup...from the beginning about a year 1/2 ago: bought new tires for a pickup & got a 3 year alignment, tires are great, wheel alignment is fine, but steering wheel which was level (9 & 3) is now pointing to 10 & 4 which blocks some instrument views when driving and is not the way it was entrusted the vehicle to you originally. Since then, I have taken the pickup back for alignment twice (including the last visit) in hopes that this would be corrected--the issue was explained both times and I really thought the last guy I talked to understood and would have double checked before calling me saying it was complete. I do like the quality of tires I've bought at Big O (we've put new tires on multiple times and done several maintenance pieces on at least 3 vehicles over the past 15 years with you)....I think it may be time to try out another business to get what I need done. I'd also think at this point a refund for the cost of my 3 year alignment is warranted. Mike Wortman, Kearney Nebraska

I had my oil changed. They were a bit busy, but I didn't have to wait long.

I went in a week ago for noisy tires and they told me I needed struts and shocks as they were really bad. My truck drives really smooth now. Thanks a lot

My original conversation when I called in to see if I could get my tire repaired felt a little odd and the employee on the other end didn’t seem super friendly, but my experiences in the past had been so good and when I got there the gentlemen were pleasant and had great customer service. So I’m sure it was just my perception of the phone call. I really feel like I always get great service there and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay that it would only cost me ~$18 for the tire repair.

Had a warranty tire replaced. Got me in and out very fast

Very friendly and attentive staff. Explained the health of the vehicle and broke down the costs to me in detail. Said it would take 30 minutes and it only took 20. Very satisfied with service
