Overall very good service. The waiting area was only fair.

I came into Big O needing a headlight replaced. I sat down for less than 10 minutes and it was ready to go.

The staff that helped me were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered my questions and the work was completed in the time they said it would be.

Maybe a little less checking out a newer vehicle for things wrong and taking more time than need be. Car dealers also use this ploy which is offered as customer service, but in many cases causes mis-trust with the customer. I took my truck to Midway Chevrolet to have the door lock fixed and was presented a quote of over $2000.00. They took over an hour to prepare this instead of working on the door lock.........just a comment!

Great service

It was ok, but took too long due to tires not being in stock and the truck was very late showing up. Other than that is was ok.

I brought my car for an oil change and they looked and found something else and asked if i wanted it fixed right away

We have worked with Big O in the past and decided to come back again for yet another set of tires. Expensive, but did not disappoint.

The staff helped me tremendously when I bought set of tires for my Daughter's car and then they got me a great deal on a set of tires for my Van and after the flood in March I had to have them replace both front hubs on my Daughter's car with great professionalizem! I will have to get a new set of tires for my pickup and I hope that they can get me a good deal on them.

Arrived for $39.00 service, spent $260.00. Hopefully my 2007 Toyota Solara appreciates the new fluids.

This Big O tire store is a pleasure to enter; someone greets me, they politely ask how they may help. Then they explain how much waiting time there may be, or if it's an appointment, they explain the amount of service time it takes and an approximate finish time. Always good accurate information on their part. I have never been disappointed in their service; not even close to being unhappy.
