Hell yeah. I usually keep my business local and small but Kyle and his crew knocked it outta the park as far as communication and actual give a shit! Y'all must pay them boys what they deserve because they didn't miss a lick. Was very impressed with how the unscheduled people who came in were treated as well.

Overall very good. I was in a big hurry and they got me in and out. Only thing was they forgot to put a new sticker for next rotation. I can live with that!

I am a traveling nurse so my car is important to me. Came in cause of a flat tire. Found quite a few other things wrong too. The guys here walked me thru what was wrong, the price breakdown, timeline, gave me a deal and a payment plan. They also let me keep my dogs in the shop since we had no where else to go. One of the guys even bought me breakfast. The people here are great and caring and thoughtful and really made me feel comfortable and cared for. I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you for going above and beyond for this out of Towner!!!

Got new tires and alignment done. Tires seem good so far, but the truck pulls to the left now. Air pressures in the tires were about 10 psi different between the highest and lowest, and one or two of the tires were even a few psi above spec. It would be nice to see a little more attention to detail in those areas.

I asked for my tires to be rotated and to also have them rebalanced. My tires were rotated but they were never rebalance like I asked. Just wanted to make sure everything was okay. But it was not done.
