Big O Tires

Everything was very wonderful. The service I received was wonderful. My pickup is running much better. It almost feels like a new one. The employees are very wonderful and helpful. They were very wonderful with keeping contact with me and letting me know what was going on. They also made sure to ask me before doing a service on it. Everyone was very wonderful. Will defenitly do business with again.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I waited an hour. They let me know I had a small oil leak.

The wheel weights used were the rim clamp style.they did not have clearance for my outer tierods.they came off and now r not balanced.i only brought wheels and tires in so no blame of any kind.just wondering if I can have them respun and diff style weights used.i appreciate the walk on service everyone was nice and I was in and out in like 20 min.

My purchase was handled via phone from 85 miles away. My tires were taken to the dealership where my car was being repaired. I very much appreciate you guys doing that and saving me a 170 mile round trip.

Was greeted inside with a firm hand shake and hardy hello. I explained my low tire pressure reading. They were able to determine I had picked up a nail in the tire. They had me repaired in less then 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Some of the best Customer Service in Town.
