I was thankful when they told me that they could help me get tires for my car and i like that snap finance i have"nt heard of it but I"m glad i got now i have no worries . then they also told me that i needed something else new on my car which i like the information and how they can help me next me next.

Kyle and the crew did a remarkable job! I was instantly greeted, and I had zero wait time to begin putting tires on. Every customer that came in while I was waiting was promptly taken care of and treated the same. Overall great job, everyone moved about with an intent and a purpose, focused on me, the customer!

I saw the alignment special and asked if it could be checked to make sure it was still in check as I drove here 2hrs with old tired. I was told I didn't need it driving on bad tired won't effect the alignment. My fault I didn't ask but when I got the price they didn't tell me about the extra charges. I liked the drive and ride back home with these tires.

Was very pleased that Big O could order the proper size of rims needed for my trailer and got them installed in a very short amount of time.

Called and discovered that big O would match the deal i had found at costco so scheduled for 4 michelin tires to be installed in kearney while i was visiting my daughter and grandkids (we live in Wisconsin) Service was excellent and Kyle was great.
