Big O Tires

The wheel weights used were the rim clamp style.they did not have clearance for my outer tierods.they came off and now r not balanced.i only brought wheels and tires in so no blame of any kind.just wondering if I can have them respun and diff style weights used.i appreciate the walk on service everyone was nice and I was in and out in like 20 min.

Just put new tires on my car. They did it fast with no issues. Definantly my tire shop from now on!

It was an emergency had a slow leak and needed to be on the road for an out of town wedding. Found out I needed new tires they replaced the tires and I was on my way in about thirty minutes. Jake was very nice and was able to answer my questions and concerns. Have already recommended Big O and will do in the future. Will be going back for an alignment as didn't have time when they replaced my tires.

I believe it was Jacob that helped me out, I was looking for a performance tire for my mustang and wasn't sure exactly what size I needed. I wanted to go as wide as possible he took a quick look at the car with me and had me set up in no time. Very helpful!

Fast service

Simple flat repair. Tire was off already, drove in with the spare on. Garage was full of vehicles, 4-5 orders in front of me. I watched front staff, and garage staff, and they were all hustling their butts off. Very courteous, quite impressed with the store.

This is the best auto service and tire store I have ever dealt with. The staff is professional and very, very helpful. Always willing to make everything is right and that I, as a customer, is satisfied. Love this store!

Had great service as usual and I spent the extra money and had them do the fuel injection clean...wow what a difference on how my vehicle is driving!

Never been to a Big O Tires, but let me tell you. Great service and the gentleman who helped me, saved me a little under a grand. He fought hard again the warranty people. (Not all hero's wear caps and he's definitely a hero)

I have been a long time customer of Big O. I am from the Denver area and have always used Big O for my tire service. I have always been impressed with the service. The employees make me feel comfortable and they are kind and knowledgeable. The store was no exception. I LOVE Big O!!
