I had an oil change last fall using a coupon. Lately, I noticed a loud squeal n grinding noise. Since I was in Kearney I took it to Big O Tire to check it out. As it turned out, my back brake was ceased up n the other was close, rotors were bad... so I took advantage of the credit option n had my oil changed n new tire. The staff were friendly and courteous and very fast!! Thank goodness I took it in to Big O.. who knows what would've happened!! Thznks Guys!!!

I put all new tires on last week and love them. Also like the new rubber smell in my garage.

I was in town from Colorado. My mom, who lived in Kearney, was on hospice and it was a very trying time. I hit a curb the night before and punctured my tire. I arrived first thing in the morning and the boys working got me right in. They also dealt with my husband over the phone, who was not in town at that time. They offered us a place to sit and coffee, which was so kind. I even talked to one gentleman about hospice available in Kearney and his recommendations were very helpful, since I didn't live in Kearney. I appreciated their kindness and the fact that they got the work done promptly. I told my 20 year old daughter who was with me, that if you wanted to find a nice boy, you should go to Big O Tires in Kearney. LOL! Thanks so much!!!!

This Big O tire store is a pleasure to enter; someone greets me, they politely ask how they may help. Then they explain how much waiting time there may be, or if it's an appointment, they explain the amount of service time it takes and an approximate finish time. Always good accurate information on their part. I have never been disappointed in their service; not even close to being unhappy.

I needed to be able to get my tire fixed immediately. I know from experience that it's not easy to do in Kearney and other stores seem bothered by customers who do not have an appointment. I was met at the door at Big O, my needs we're met immediately and the staff was friendly. I will be back.

Come in for oil change nd tire rotation. They noticed my serpentine belt was badly cracked and my struts are starting to leak. Clearly explained what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. Fair price, speedy work, no appt was needed. I'll definitely go back
