Big O Tires

This past December I was in Kearney Nebraska visiting my daughter and family when I had a tire malfunction . First went to WALMART and received the run around . Saw the Big O sign and went in. Was received with a pleasant greeting . In stead of purchasing just 1 tire I replaced all 4. Recently my daughter who lives in Kearney needed new tires , told her to go to Big O's . She was very pleased with the service . THANKS BIG O!!

Stopped in to have a tire checked that had a screw in it.They took my truck right in.Turned out the screw had not gone thru the tread, so they pulled it out and put my tire back on at no charge.I have bought 2 sets of tires there to date and see no reason why I wouldn't go back for my next set.

Big O Tires turned a crappy/stressful situation into something I didn't even have to worry about! They were incredibly helpful and accomodating, explained all of my options as a customer, and were so kind to me. I would recommend to anyone.

You guys are crooks. Brand new tires - one had a bubble under 3 year warranty. Because was a Donlen truck you took advantage and stuck it to donlen and then I have to pay for it.
