Very nice, friendly and helpful. I know absolutely nothing about cars and the guy that helped me, explained it to me in a way that I could understand.

Very impressed with the crew and especially Jake Jaras. Good man. Not perfect, none of us are in this world, including myself, but a good, honest, hard working man with great values and morals. I myself would hire him back in a heart beat if you ever get tired of him haha !

I needed special oil and filter for my car. Manager Kyle assured me he had these items in stock. I brought my car in and it was serviced very efficiently and promptly. Kyle also suggested a free tire rotation, which I appreciated. Kyle was friendly and respectful in his demeanor. I have already recommended Big O to friends based on my experience.

I purchased Hancook tires for my Toyota 4Runner. I've never had them before. I always had Michelin. The Hancook's were recommended for my country road driving. So far we really like them. My son has two sets of Hancook tires on his vehicles and also highly recommended them. The only negative I have is that my gas mileage went down 2 mpg. Not sure if it is the tires or something else.

I Showed up with no appointment, got right in got what I needed paid my bill and left. They explained what they did or didn’t do and why and let me make the decision on how to take care of it

Quick, friendly service

I was able to stop in and they checked out a leak in my tire and rotated them. I bought my tires from Big O and I think it's wonderful that they do those services free of charge. I will always but my tires through them.

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. He explained everything to me in terms that I understood.

The guys are always friendly and helpful when I come in. I also appreciate how forward they are with what needs fixed and the cost.

Excellent service

When I showed up for my appointment doe my tires to be put on, they got my pickup in right away. Three guys up front communicated with my the entire time with where in the process my tires were. Then when it was all said and done they found a bad pitman arm bushing which is awesome cause I was just getting ready to leave on a 3k mile trip and it gave me the peace of mind that not only were my tires going to make it but they noticed and fixed something that could have caused my trouble in the middle of a long journey! A huge shout out and thank you to the big o guys at the Kearney, NE location!
