Big O Tires

Out of all of the places to get your vehicle serviced, I felt the most trust and care. Unlike other places, I know that I won't get scammed out of hundreds of dollars when I have an unknown issue with my car. So very helpful and prompt even on the craziest of days.

Fast service, and lead man kept me informed. Waiting room does need some motorcycle magazines however! Just kidding, always a good experience at Big O Kearney.

Called and discovered that big O would match the deal i had found at costco so scheduled for 4 michelin tires to be installed in kearney while i was visiting my daughter and grandkids (we live in Wisconsin) Service was excellent and Kyle was great.

The only place in town that went out of there way to help me.

We have been going to Big O numerous times times to have our vehicles serviced. We have never been talked down to or "SOLD" things we didn't need. We love the pricing/warranty for house brand tires but since we live 45 minutes away the value from these tires is difficult to use. We live on a country road so punctures after the roads have been scrapped by the roads dept. is pretty common around here so we have to get the tires repaired locally. Not sure what the solution would be but that would be my only complaint ( if I had to have one).

As a first time customer I really appreciated the level of service. I had my oil changed and got immediate service. When the mechanic found another issue, I was called to make sure I was aware of it. I appreciated getting a heads up when they were about finished, too. Great customer service!

I had purchased new tires from Big O in Cheyenne a month or so ago. Driving through Nebraska, I punctured a tire on road debris. Big O in Kearney had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service!

Customer service was excellent. Sales person verified that I actually needed new tires. He discussed options and gave recommendations.
