Nick and Jack were very helpfulI had a tire go out on the interstate went to their shop theyfound the problem I had a bad tireThey balanced my tires and put my spare onso I was safe to drive 400 miles homeAlso they did this and stayed late to do itI asked them what I owed they said free of chargeMade a very bad situation betterI would highly recommend them to anybody and I wish the shop was where I live they would have all my businessand anybody else I knew that needed tires I would tell them about Nick and JackAnd the rest of the staffAt big O tires

I came in for an oil change and rotate my tires. They were done in 30 minutes.

On our way back home to Florida and got us back on the road within minutes

I was traveling through Nebraska when I had a Flat Tire that was ruined.They were able to get to me within a hour and suggested that I look at a better tire in the future.

I blew a tire on the interstate about 10 miles from Kearney, Nebraska. I had no idea what to do. Once my tire was changed, Big O Tires was recommended to me. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and they had be in and out in 30 minutes. I so appreciated their service and expertise. They made a scary situation better. Thank you Big O Tires!

Great experience! I called to shop prices and selection on a set of tires and Big O had the best of both. When I was ready to make a purchase I showed up unannounced and they answered all my questions and fit me right in. Great crew and very attentive to my needs.

I believe nick is his name ( manager of the kearney store.) I've been a customer since 2004. I started out in grand island and when. Moved I started going to kearney. The manager nick has always been straight with me even with the time frame. If it's an hour before he can get to it he is up front about it. Thanks
