I was very pleased with the service

The young man who first filled my tires was very kind. Then it went from there with getting new tires, struts, and rear brakes. The team did a good job of getting me in and being polite. They explained things very well.

Big O has always had its ups and downs but it seems more recently they have been on top of the ball. Nick Trapp is the man and gave me great service. I was very stoked that they came to my house and picked up my vehicle for me. As long as they keep this crew around you can't go wrong.

Good job I forgot to ask if the one tire that had a patch from another tire place was okay I hope you looked at it that is my only concern

I've been here a few times with a tire in need of a patch job. They have greeted me warmly every time, and patched my tires for free, suggesting that we consider them for new tires when it comes time. I left a coupon at home for an oil change, but they honored the discount anyway. They are very friendly, and I can't imagine giving my business to anyone else.

I was going to send a thank you anyway but this makes it easy. We had a flat on the interstate on our way back to Iowa City! I pulled into Big O with a donut spare on and four anxious grandkids and my daughter. Walked into the store with my Hawkeye hat and shirt on and was told that they didn't serve my kind there!! It was the perfect greeting from Husker fans!! They got a new tire on and the donut spare put back where it belonged and had me back on the road in acout 20 minutes. Outstanding service and great conversation among all the representatives. Turned a terrible experience on the interstate into a fading memory!! Thanks for all the help guys!!!

The guys at Big O are absolutely AMAZING! They remember me every time I go in. Even if it's been awhile. They are always so willing to work with me and provide me with the best customer service! I've never felt taken advantage of, like some people do at other shops! This team is amazing!
