Big O Tires

Tried to purchase new tires at Walmart, uncaring people. Was told one thing then completely ignored. Went to Big O (same area as Walmart) and their prompt service and friendly personnel made for a great experience. Thank you Big O.

Jake Jarosz has great customer service! He is knowledgeable and attends to the service of my car with personal care. The lobby is very clean and accommodating. While waiting I observed Jake's personal care of other customers. He appeared to make every person feel at ease.

Very easy process

I came in for a set of tires. But then they notified me of a serious issue with the front end. Now what am I supposed to do? I don't have any choice but to have it fixed. It was done in record time. I couldn't have been more appreciative. No doubt a repeat customer.

I have been a customer with Big O in Kearney for a few years now. All the guys who work there are extremely easy to work with and listen and are knowledgeable of the products and services. The have excellent customer service skills and that is why I continue to do business with them. They make me feel comfortable when I am there kind of like brothers of mine or family.
