Had a trailer tire blow on the highway not far from Kearney. Looked for tire repair shops on our phones and saw Big O. Talked to Aaron he gave me a price on the tire we needed. Was able to get it off and to him before store closed. They had the tire mounted in no time and we were on our way. Great customer service he knew how to treat a customer. Thank you

I originally took my daughter's car in to fix a flat tire and you did not charge me for the work. All you told me was if I ever needed tires replaced to check you out. That meant a lot to me and that is exactly what I did. My wife's car needed tires replaced and you got my business and your team did the work before I could even finish lunch.
