I had the morning off on jury duty, with possible PM duty required...I called before 8:00a and Midas got me in. I received my quotation by 9:15a and work was done before 11:00a, which I needed work done by in case I had to go to jury duty after lunch. Midas repaired my exhaust system and replaced a wheel bearing in plenty of time. Quality work, reasonably priced.

There have been times when I have not inquired at all about if something was covered, where the manager let me know that I was still under warranty. At this appointment, the manager had physically printed my past history of visits to thoroughly review and ensure that he was not missing anything that would still be covered. I truly appreciate the ethical standards at this location.
