They did a burnout with my car!

My experience at this Big O Tires was absolutely deplorable. I called ahead to see if the store was busy and also described the services I was looking for, a tire rotation and alignment. Over the phone they told me it would be about an hour and a half total of time it would take them to complete the services. Upon arrival, they reassured me of my wait time so I opted to wait in the store working on my laptop. Two hours after I had handed over my keys I went up to the counter to see what was happening. The employee told me he thought my car was done and that my name was called, so he checked. My car was sitting outside waiting and the employee then called over the intercom to have my car brought physically into the shop from the parking lot. That took around 20 minutes. Once my car was inside they proceeded to tell me how my car was dangerously unaligned and it would take some time. So about an hour later I told another employee that I needed my car and that I had to leave for work due to the fact I had estimated my wait time as an hour and a half, which was nowhere near my actual wait time of 3 hours and 45 minutes. There were customers in and out the entire day who waited for their vehicle service and every individual waiting had left before me, even the customers who arrived hours after me. I was late for work and on top of that my car's alignment isn't even done correctly. I have been to many Big O tires locations in Colorado and all of my experiences were wonderful. This experience has lost my business and the referrals of any person who may ask me about this location, I am so disappointed in this experience.

Fast friendly service even with no appointment. Price was never given to me. $20 a tire seems a little high I’d say $10 maybe $15 would be more reasonable

I've always had a great experience working with you guys, but the last few times I brought my truck in was quite the disappointment. I brought it in for an oil change/tire rotation and when I got it back the alignment was way off - I could barely stay on the road. When I brought it back they told me that they forgot a weight and took care of it, but the problem was not resolved. At that point I wasn't able to take the time to get it in and eventually had to pay for a full alignment somewhere else which cost me quite a bit. Needless to say I probably won't be back any time soon.

The guys were courteous and helpful. They did just what they said they would do.

They failed to properly tighten the lug nuts down resulting in my wheel damage , when I brought it back the owner was belligerent and out of control , he surely has an anger problem , even his own employees hate the guy . People in Bozeman and the surrounding area have much better choices for tires than having to resort going to that bonehead .

Big O Tire of Bozeman Montana severely damaged all four wheels on my daughters car and will not admit fault. Over $2500 worth in damages. We are currently taking them to small claims court to recoup our loss. Strongly recommend avoiding this tire shop.

New rear brakes and they still squeak? I said the engine was running rough when it accelerated - they replaced the fuel filter, but it's still running rough. either it's some other problem they didn't check out/test properly or the filter wasn't installed right. Or its the spark plugs or something totally different. I drive for work so having my engine running properly is really important. Guess I should have stuck with my mechanic even though there would have been a wait. Not sure how to bring my rig in and ask them to do it right/actually fix it. It was almost $500. How much more will I have to spend not getting it fixed??

I called, got right in. Big O called when the work was done. I went and picked up my car.All went as good as was possible.

Garbage. The only word to describe this place. Customer service was non existent. They are always in a hurry and did not want to take the time to make sure you got what you wanted. They just wanted a decision so they could move on. When I got my tires installed I drove off and noticed my tire sensor light was on when I reached my house. I checked pressure in all four tires and they had been set to 50-55psi for my 1 Ton truck! I filled them up at the local gas station to 80/75 psi per the truck and tire specifications. A few months later I get a nail in my tire and call to see if they can get me in for a quick repair. They tell me they are a week out just for a flat repair. I drive to Whalen Tire and they fix it right there. Fast forward a few more months and I'm driving up by Great Falls and my tire sensor light pops on again. I pull over to add air and notice a bulge in my sidewall on the inside of my tire. After I get the tire switched with my spare I head to Tire Rama to get it replaced. They tell me whoever installed the tire probably damaged the bead which caused the bulge and leak. Luckily they had a used tire I was able to buy instead of dropping $1200 for a brand new set. I will not be using Big O ever again!

Archie and Travis are very personable and friendly. Explained every aspect of the services provided. I had two of my trailers in for bearing service and my Suburban in for routine maintenance - transmission flush and oil change. I've been a loyal customer for many years. They continually earn my business!

we came in with a screw in our tire at the end of the day on a Saturday, wondered if we should just get new tires due to they were about at the end of their life. All of the technicians were so kind, helped us pick out a tire and were able to install same day. So thankful for the kindness of taking us in at the end of the day as well as they did an excellent job. Kind, quick, and will definitely be coming back!!

Big has always done a good job for me have used them for close to 20 yrs
