I was traveling through town and after doing a quick wash to get mud off, I noticed that a couple of my tires on my Dually pickup were rotated improperly by the Great Falls location. So I called Big O tires in Bozeman and the manager was the only one at the store that day because of the Corona Virus shutdowns. He offered to help out in any way he could. While answering the phone and taking much needed appointments for the next few days to keep his employees working, he graciously opened up the shop and switched out my tires the correct way. His willingness to help fix another stores mistake is remarkable and during a national crisis. I would recommend this store to anyone. This kind of service is rare these days. Big O tires is lucky to have this dealer.

Overall just did a great job. I do think the diagnostic labor expense was a bit much considering I got the job done there afterwards.

I had a big ol' nail in my tire, took my truck into Big O and they looked it over right away, determined I would need a new tire and coordinated with the company I bought them from to get one delivered to Bozeman. The next day I was back on the road, no charge. Excellent customer service, very professional. I highly recommend! Thank you Big O!

I was in town for a conference and noticed a thumping noise coming from my tire. The crew at Big O Tires promptly looked at my car, identified the problem, and fixed it at no charge. These guys are respectful and caring!

IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN BIG O AND DANI! Danica (Dani) is off the charts the best!!! When i moved my daughter out to MT for college, i stopped in to Big O and was greeted by Dani with a smile. I said "Dani, i am leaving my daughter here for school and i need someone to take care of her car issue in may absence." She said; "I will take care of her"! After returning to school from Xmas break, MT having -35 degrees without wind, my daughter found her car battery dead! From MN i had to try to get her to Dani. i called Dani, she said get it over here whenever she can and i will take care of her. We got the car jumped, batter was at zero, drove over to Big O, and Dani had her on the road within an hour. Thank you for taking car of my kid!

Jeremy at the bozeman store on 7th was very knowledgeable and helpful full of energy and loved helping everyone will defiantly return.

I was having trouble with my Jeep starting. Called the Jeep dealer and next available appointment was 4 months out. Called Big O and got an appointment for the next day, problem was quickly diagnosed, parts were in stock and my car was fixed the same day.

Needed a rotation and oil change in a hurry, had to leave town on short notice in bad weather. They got it done in time on a busy day, thanks. Big foot tires were great on a Yukon with fresh snow over ice for 4 hundred miles.
