Had to buy tires againafter about 150000 because I did not get my wheel alignments and rotating through them,this is my last set there,but will stay for free rotations until next set dead

The display room is great for picking out tires. Also they are fast to get you served, and go over what you need in great detail. I also love the warranty on big o tires. Also that if they don't have it, they will get it in and done.

*After I had driven on the freeway, I realized something was not right. I realized my lug nuts were barely on, and so I tightened them down. Please always be sure to double check! This could have been a lot worse.

Having had previous good experiences with Big O I took my car off to have my winter tires replaced by my summer tires. I was first in line (they advertise opening at 8:00 a.m.; however, they actually open around 7:50 a.m.) and was told it would be a while and asked if I could leave it. 90 minutes later I received a call stating that I was getting close to needing my brake pads replaced to avoid damaging the rotors. They also suggested alignment may be needed. I authorized the brake pad replacement, but after two more hours passed I called to find out when my car might be ready. I was told it could be 4:00 or 4:30 p.m. because the brake guy was going to lunch and they had some other vehicles left from the day before. In sum, they changed my tires out, and rather than replace the brake pads while the tires were off, put the tires back on and parked it until their brake guy was available. Having other commitments I told them I would pick up the car w/o the brake pad service. They charged me $55.00 for the tire swap and were barely polite when I picked up my car. We'll go elsewhere from now on.

My wife Called last week Wednesday to have 2 tires patched cause of screws in tire, you guys told her nothing could be done till Friday. Then she brought in to have fixed Friday. And they did not even rotate the tires. To me that is common sense to be done since we purchased the tires there. Guess one good thing is we did not have to travel for holidays with 2 screws in our tires.

I was first customer at 8am... Got 4 new tires, alignment a front break job... I didn't get my car back till 5pm. On top of that I went on a 3 hr trip couple days later n noticed my steering wheel shaking bad! first thing on Monday I had to return to get it rebalanced... Not impressed! You guys been my go to place I won't be bring my vehicle again!!

Fast friendly service even with no appointment. Price was never given to me. $20 a tire seems a little high I’d say $10 maybe $15 would be more reasonable

Ripped Off! F- I own a $1,200.00 set of Big-O purchased BigFoot tires. The almost brand new tires were mounted on my old dually truck and I needed them swapped over to another dually truck, since I'm selling the older one. I called ahead to get a solid dollar price quote and schedule the trucks for the tires swap. I clearly explained the trucks were dually and was quoted a price of $150.00. Later after the tire swap was done, the guy behind the counter handed me two bills, one for each truck, which totaled $95.00 more than quoted. I don't mind paying for work performed, but I take exceptions to being taken advantage of. I pointed out the quote and at that point some subordinate behind the counter decided to enter the conversation in a verbally combative manner! WOW! Of course they Never offered to make it right, so I paid the Ransom Money and left. To add possible damage to injury, they parked one of my dually trucks on North 7th Avenue, where the outer dually [passenger side] tire sidewall was on the curb-slope without either one of the dually tires touching the pavement leaving the weight of the truck on the sidewalk of one tire. Good grief! After reading other REVIEWS, the best i can say is, Consumers beware and take your business elsewhere.

This location operates on a first come - first serve basis, but not really. I recently brought my car in for brakes and an oil change. I was the first to arrive, promptly checked in at 7:59 when they opened, and was informed the car should be done by 1pm. When I returned at 1pm our car hadn't even been pulled into the garage!!!!! Rob provided the explanation that they only have 3 mechanics, 1 has been working on a car since January. The other two mechanics were working on the 4 people ahead of me arriving at 7:59, 8:17, 8:26, and 11:49. First come, first serve? It seems that even for basic maintenance. like oil changes and brakes, the store is operating on a, 'we might get to it today... its possible...' basis. At the very least they are suffering from some major time management issues. Furthermore, I left a review on the Big - O website, which has been deleted due to the low rating. Imagine, a mechanic with only 4 and 5 star reviews. Deleting feedback to lie to the public about the quality of service providing is a disgusting level of dishonesty... even for a workshop!!! Big O Tires is Bozeman is highly not recommended, they might not do the work, it won't be timely, and they are willing to actively lie about their quality of service!

Highly courteous, prompt service, excellent customer service, and great product.

Came in to get four new tires and an alignment. Called ahead and was told we could bring it in Thursday and they'd get to it next day. When we came in, we were told they wouldn't even get to it until Monday. When my husband mentioned that we called ahead we were VERY rudely shown all the cars in front of us by the 5 employees at the front desk. We weren't upset that they were busy. We were upset that we were treated so rudely. It was like the employees were angry that we dare think we could purchase new tires. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm sure this won't get posted on your website, but I wanted someone to know that you just lost a loyal customer. If I could give a "0" star rating I would.
