I've been doing business with Big O for 15 years. I've probably bought more tires than any other customer they have. I keep my fleet of vehicles well maintained, and I have complete trust in the service work they provide. I run my own business with an old school attitude, a handshake and I'm a man of my word. My experience with Rob and his team have the same old school way of doing things. Once you get to know these guys you'll learn they are honest almost to a fault. I like doing business with people like that, and I refer friends and family to them.

On Tuesday, April 26th, a colleague and I were in Bozeman on business.The front left tire of the company car had been losing air and we brought the vehicle into Big O Tires so it could be checked. I was so impressed with the personable service I received, and I want to thank L**** for the extra time he took to explain (to someone who knew nothing about tires) the issues of all 4 of the tires and what was creating the problems. I was given a copy of the alignment test, the stats of all 4 tires, and encouraged to take pictures of the tires (that I could later show my employer). He was very honest about the different options to consider, and we ended up getting all 4 tires replaced with new ones. D***** was also very helpful as he delivered the car back to us, and gave us some additional pointers regarding tires. Thank you for having such awesome employees! We were so fortunate to have Big O Tires help get us back home safely. Thank you.

Danica was very customer friendly had arranged for a new credit card application before buying the tires and arrangements were scheduled to drop off my car and notified me when my car was ready for pickup on my time. Shop was very clean and Archie showed and explained to me tires that I can buy in the spring.

Rob, Brent and Archie are fantastic to work with. I would not go anywhere else for tires and other work on my vehicle.

The staff went above and beyond. Allowing us to leave our van in the parking lot well before the parts arrived and services were complete as well as a few days after. An associate even bought and hid a lock box so I could pick up our vehicle on a holiday without the worry of the van being unlocked with a hidden key inside.

What a crew! From your front desk folk sharing their cellphones so I could text a photo of a previous muffler/exhaust repair to your staff, to a most-informative voicemail your mechanic left me, I felt so well taken-care-of from beginning to end. Though I wished and had hoped BigO's could have done my muffler/exhaust work in addition to the brakes and fluids, I appreciated the explanation for why it was just going to be better to get the car to a muffler specialist. Thank you.
