I came in to get new tires, a front end alignment, and an oil change. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I am very pleased with the service and plan on coming back in the future.

Great service

I wasn't able to start my yesterday morning. It was very stressful because I had to go to work and drop my kiddos at camps. BgOTires took care of me very quickly and I had my car back in few hours. This is the third time I brought my car to Big O Tires in Bozeman, and again, I am very impressed with the service I've received. While I often felt I (and sometimes was able to confirm) that I was getting the runaround at other car repair shops, at Big O the car mechanics take their time to find out what is really wrong with my vehicle and to explain the problem to me in detail and in terms a lay person can understand. They also give me all the available options so I can find one that fits my budget. They are clearly committed to earning your trust and to building a long-term relationship with their customers. I am sold! going forward, this is the only shop for me!

They rotated my tires like usual for no additional charge. I asked for an alignment and he showed me the report that said I didn't need one.

I took my ford explorer in because it was running rough and I needed new brakes. After the repair (new fuel filter and new brakes), I wrote a bad review because it was still running rough and the brakes were squeaking (they were fine after a few days of getting broken in!). Rob and his team were very responsive and got me in for another look as soon as I could get in. "It's running rough" isn't a great place to start diagnostically, but after a quick test-drive to hear the sound, they were convinced that what I was hearing was something rattling, and it turns out there were some rocks between the muffler and the heat shield! They got the rocks out and everything is running great. It was a new (to me) car, and I just wasn't used to the sound of it, so I thought for sure something serious was wrong. Everyone I've asked to listen to it since then says it sounds great and if there had been something serious wrong with it I'm sure the techs at Big O' Tires would have found it. I was too quick to write a bad review - would definitely take my explorer here again! Thank you!

Call to buy tires for my truck was very satisfied with the pricing the sales person explaining about the tire and all the benefits that came with it.

I use Big O Tires when buying new tires as they offer free tire rotation. I also use them for my car maintenance (oil changes, shocks, etc.) and mechanical work on my cars and my family's vehicles. Their customer service is very friendly and accommodating.

The service was done quickly, and I was informed when it was finished.
