Big O Tires

I needed a tire fixed on Sat. afternoon. Most shops were closed. Big O was open and they got me in right away. I was back in action very soon.

Overall just did a great job. I do think the diagnostic labor expense was a bit much considering I got the job done there afterwards.

IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN BIG O AND DANI! Danica (Dani) is off the charts the best!!! When i moved my daughter out to MT for college, i stopped in to Big O and was greeted by Dani with a smile. I said "Dani, i am leaving my daughter here for school and i need someone to take care of her car issue in may absence." She said; "I will take care of her"! After returning to school from Xmas break, MT having -35 degrees without wind, my daughter found her car battery dead! From MN i had to try to get her to Dani. i called Dani, she said get it over here whenever she can and i will take care of her. We got the car jumped, batter was at zero, drove over to Big O, and Dani had her on the road within an hour. Thank you for taking car of my kid!

I called in the morning and they were able to get my car in quickly and do all the work by the time I got off work at 5pm

I was having trouble with my Jeep starting. Called the Jeep dealer and next available appointment was 4 months out. Called Big O and got an appointment for the next day, problem was quickly diagnosed, parts were in stock and my car was fixed the same day.

I am from Billings and needed to have a couple tires replaced before I drove on the Interstate . Big O tires got my car in and tires changed within an hour. A big thank you to the Gentleman who helped me out today .
