Bill listens to find out what is needed for the car and then explains what was done in plain terms. He is always pleasant. Service was very fast, in the time quoted to me.

The guys were very personable they interacted with me and explained well .I do however feel that the charge for the job was slightly higher than the job reflected by about 25 percent. However they did a good job so.

Things get finished in a timely and neat manor but too many trips to find and fix the obvious. The parts markup could be a bit more competitive. $78.00 for a $20.00 belt is extreme.

The crew at the Mason City, IA, Midas are always very kind, honest, and quick. They're not pushy or make you feel pressured in any way to have work done on your vehicle that isn't necessary. I will be a loyal customer to them and I always recommend anyone who needs to have work done on their vehicle to go to them.

"I had my vehicle inspected by dealership. It was brought in for specific work, front brakes. It was taken against my orders on a prolonged ?test? drive. Charged for time not related to work. Went in, all fluids ok. Came out missing 3 quarts oil. "

I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. They got me in immediately and was really nice about it. Didn't seemed irritated as if they wete very busy and ugh another person needs help! They were able to get me in earlier than the time alloted. Just overall very customer friendly!

Regular oil change and brake inspection. Recommended changing the oil fill cap. Drove 30 miles home with the smell of burning oil and smoking from under the hood...NO OIL FILL CAP when I arrived home!!
