As always Bill and his crew gave us excellent service on our recent oil change.

The employees are professional, knowledgeable, and always greet you with a friendly smile. They explain automotive issues in laypersons' language without making the customer feel stupid. They are a great group of guys!

The Midas shop was recently owned by a different owner that I was used to visiting. With the new managers, there was some speculation as to their reliability. However, they are very friendly, knowledgeable, HONEST, and expedient. I was pleasantly surprised by the interaction and service, and will continue to be a customer at this particular Midas Station.

The front desk was super friendly and so was the people fixing the cars simple whole in the tire but our budget was 50 dollars JACOB WAS EXTREMELY GREAT I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AMD UNDERSTANDING

The team at the Mason City Midas recognized me and my vehicle. They are very professional and courteous. In the past I have encountered an issue with the recommended oil filter (it would leak). After my last visit they decided to stock the alternate filter so we would not have this problem going forward. This oil change went off with no issues!

We were in town for a memorial service and just left to go visit other family in Kansas then home to Alabama. It was a Sunday and we were 30 miles away and blew a brake line we made It back to Mason City.First thing Monday morning you guys took care of us.

They looked over a car my son had bought over the weekend and did some minor maintenance to it. They had some helpful recommendations. I also left my Yeti thermal bottle there and they kept it safe and sound until I was able to pick it up.

Everything was explained as to what service needed to be completed, and estimates for the cost was provided for my review before approval to do the work. The customer service people and the workers in the service bay were friendly and answered any questions I had. I will likely return for future needs.
