I took my van in since my light went on saying I had lost pressure in a tire. When Bill Gensmer (owner) checked all my tires he found a bolt stuck in my front tire. We made an appointment for 8 am the next day to either fix the leak or give me a new tire. Bill made the appointment for me and I drove home all reassured.

The price was right and the new all terrain cooper at3 looks great on my Ram! I was also very happy that the tech pointed out that my lugs were bad and got them replaced along with my tires. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I only worked with Bill but he was AMAZING - very friendly, took the time to really explain what was needed with detail. He even researched why my computer was throwing the code with other repair teams and identified my tires being an issue. Easy drop off and pick up, was surprised they could check it out AND service it in the same date. AND they threw in an oil change - just because it was due, with no charge. VERY grateful!
