The vehicle was a 2004 Impala that technican "Kuba" (I specifically askred for "Kuba") had a worked on my car before, different issue. He knows old school GM products, knew ecactly how to fix my emision/check engine light problem!

Everything was explained step by step. No surprises. Clearly outlined what to look for and / or expect going forward if the minor service did not resolve my issue. In other words they didn’t go for the most expensive and complicated solution but are going step by step using a bulletin that was found. Most places would jump on the most expensive repair but this location is going the correct route, they asked my opinion during the process. Great communication!
