The person who greeted me in, Dan, was very courteous and friendly. He explained everything clearly including pricing. The technician who worked on my car, Adrian, was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the service in a timely manner whilst providing updates on anything. Even though there was an unexpected issue, the both of them worked to resolve it. All the other technicians who I spoke with while waiting were friendly too.
