Good service. Time took longer than usual. But good service overall.

Mike was great and helpful at the Hanover park location on Barrington Rd. IL I asked if they where able to meet my needs he told me yes gave me the best advice for me and my vehicle great customer service.

Tried to overcharge me off a price I was already quoted. Other than that, they did their job.

The manager Edgar at the Hanover Park location is friendly, honest and knows his customers by name. I have all three of my daughters now going to Edgar. He is the best and deserves recognition.

They were efficient in changing the oil but double charged me on my card. They credited my account when they found the mistake but I still ended up paying double for a short period of time.

I was very impressed with attention and depth of knowledge of the technician as he explain his findings on my recently purchased vehicle. I am an 83 year old senior who appreciated the detailed report of the technician. I had some automotive service training in my younger years, plus I am a retired Electrical Engineer.

Unless the shop that repaired my drive side rear tire told me the wrong information, Midas did not rotate my tires. The same TPS is malfunctioning in the same tire after the rotation. This is the second time they have missed up with my car. I am sure that it will be the last time.

I use to get my cars serviced at Suburban Tire in Hanover Park and was disappointed to hear Mike was no longer there. It didn’t take talking to too many people to find out where he was now employed and I quickly followed. Mike treats everyone with the same respect. He can have a line out the door and phones ringing off the hook and handles it with profession.

I will never go back to this Midas again I wish the old crew and management was still there back then they did a very good job this new crew and management are the worst

Check in was easy. I received a call with the cost an hour or so later and the work was completed sooner than I expected

Only go to this Midas for location convenience. One trip I was told I needed new tires after I just had four new tires put on my vehicle. The second trip after that I asked for my tires to be rotated and after my oil change was done I was told they didn?t
